- Per-call via x402 (USDC on Base OR Solana mainnet, no API key needed): full 105-issuer catalogue at `/v1/agent/issuers` for $1.00 — each issuer tagged with its regulatory stage, 5-node journey position (`journey_node`), and real `trading_date` — or $0.03–$0.50 per route across 22 priced endpoints, all indexed in CDP Bazaar discovery. Machine-readable manifest: `/.well-known/x402`. Keyless requests get an x402 challenge; requests with `X-Api-Key` get tier-gated (human Stripe path)

## Score track record (free, no key, no payment)
- `GET https://api.cryptoetfsentinel.com/v1/pipeline/accuracy`: public accuracy record for the Approval Likelihood Score. Point-in-time backtest aggregates per forecast horizon (30/90/180 days before each outcome, leave-one-out, era-segmented) plus a live layer of scores frozen daily BEFORE outcomes are known (unrevisable by construction). Example stat: 30 days before outcomes, 31 of 32 issuers rated 70+ went on to trade. Aggregates only — per-issuer scores are the paid `/v1/pipeline/outcome-signals` product. The score is a heuristic filing-pattern benchmark, not a probability or prediction.
