1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:

• Email address — Collected via Stripe during checkout. Used for subscription management and critical service notifications only.
• API key — Generated at subscription and stored in our database for authentication and access control.
• IP address — Used in real-time for rate limit enforcement. Stored in memory only and not persisted to disk or logs.
• Telegram chat ID — If you use the Telegram bot, your chat ID is stored to deliver alerts. No other Telegram profile data is collected.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We take a minimal-data approach:

• No analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
• No third-party advertising or marketing scripts.
• No browsing behaviour data or page view tracking.
• No device fingerprinting.
• No personal data beyond what is listed in Section 1.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Email — Subscription management and critical service notifications (e.g., API changes, security alerts). We do not send marketing emails.
• API key — Authentication, tier-based access control, and usage tracking.
• IP address — Real-time rate limit enforcement only. Not stored persistently.
• Telegram chat ID — Delivering filing alerts and bot responses.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data; we never see or store your card details.
• Telegram — Bot delivery for subscribers who use the Telegram alert service.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection for our API and website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (sentinel_session) for Terminal dashboard authentication. This is an HTTP-only, secure cookie that contains your API key. It is not used for tracking.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies of any kind.

6. Data Retention

• API keys — Active while your subscription is active. Deactivated upon cancellation. Deleted upon request.
• Email — Retained as long as your subscription exists. Deleted upon request.
• IP addresses — Not stored persistently. In-memory counters reset daily.
• Telegram chat IDs — Deleted when you unsubscribe from the bot via /unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and understand how it is used.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Request portability of your data in a standard format.
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription.

8. Security

We protect your data through:

• HTTPS encryption on all connections.
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse.
• HTTP-only session cookies (not accessible to JavaScript).
• Cloudflare DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
