Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Service Description

Crypto ETF Sentinel ("the Service") provides programmatic access to structured data derived from SEC EDGAR filings related to spot cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds. The Service includes a REST API, a web-based Terminal dashboard, a Telegram notification bot, and webhook delivery.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Service, subscribing to a paid plan, using the API, or interacting with the Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service offers three tiers:

  • Free — No payment required. Subject to daily call limits and data delay.
  • Developer ($10/month) — Unlimited API access with real-time data.
  • Professional ($25/month) — Full API access including pipeline intelligence, plus Terminal dashboard access.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused access. You are encouraged to evaluate the free tier before subscribing.

4. API Keys and Access

Each subscription generates a unique API key. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Do not share, publish, or embed your API key in client-side code. We reserve the right to revoke keys used in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense bulk data obtained through the API without prior written permission.
  • Exceed published rate limits through automated means, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Misrepresent the source of data obtained from the Service.

6. Data Rights

The underlying SEC EDGAR filing data is in the public domain. Crypto ETF Sentinel's value-added layers — including issuer classifications, stage assignments, risk scores, outcome predictions, filing enrichment, and curated indexing — are proprietary.

You may use data obtained through the Service for your own internal purposes, research, and analysis. Bulk redistribution of enriched data requires prior written permission.

7. Not Investment Advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by Crypto ETF Sentinel constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Predictions, risk scores, approval likelihood estimates, launch timing projections, and all other analytical outputs are based on historical filing pattern analysis. They are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Past filing patterns do not predict future regulatory outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your own investment and financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before acting on any information obtained through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be complete, accurate, or timely. SEC filings may contain errors, and our automated processing may occasionally produce incorrect classifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto ETF Sentinel's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms. No refund is provided on termination for cause.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
